Dressing a Changed Body is Hard
The topic that comes up for almost all of my clients - clothes.

After having a baby I was catapulted into dressing a new body1. This also occurred simultaneously as healing my relationship with food and my body, where my body changed further, and I began to have different preferences of what felt good on my body. Simultaneously, my days now looked different now as a part-time stay at home mom on the floor rolling around playing trucks and listening to Paw Patrol, part-time private practice owner and practitioner who worked from home sitting at a desk...Wearing leggings and sweat pants every day didn’t feel good, but what did? I felt lost and confused about my new style and there was also, grief. Grief that my body wasn’t the same anymore. Grief that my identity changed.
